this stuff is why you need to be VERY careful with the internet, monitor what your children are watching if they’re even allowed to watch anything, and put restrictions on the phone. if my kid did that they would be grounded for a LONG time, no phone for a while, and until the kid was 18, they would have restrictions on their phone and their phone checked. her parents did EXACTLY what they should have done, good on them.
They don't deserve any Kudos for what they didn't do. 11 years old without parental guidance should never have a phone, because of things like this.
They aren't that educated enough to do so.
