Yeah for something that I use at work and that I depend on I will replace all batteries and whatever cells can be salvaged i just make a battery pack for charging my Milwaukee red lithium 3.0 batteries
great video but you didnt explain that the batteries need to put in different ways around, ie, the 2nd and 4th rows need to be the opposite way around . Rebuilt mine but they would not charge until I realised that I needed to change rows 2 and 4 . If you did mention it I must have missed it . Anyway all sorted now and now I have all the tools I can build quality batteries at least 50% cheaper than originals
Nice informative video. I have battery packs 1.5Ah which work since 2016, discharge charge made by Bülle (PRC). Can I upgrade them when they are dead? Is the battery design uniform for these tools? Thank you.
Maybe a silly question, but have you ever tried the LG INR18650 MJ1 3500mAh (10A) Cells to see how they compare? They would be another 30% more capacity than the 25r original and can output more as well?
I have an 8.0 HO battery lying around tjay was cut into with a cutting wheel and actually did function for a short period but now refuses to charge. It's 5 years old so the cells are surely dead. I'm going to open it up and check the integrity of the battery to see if it's aafe to rebuild, but what cells would you reccomend if i do rebuild it?
