10 Years After The Kneel: Colin Kaepernick Tells All

ALL THE SMOKE

Colin Kaepernick is ALL THE SMOKE and he's still got everything to say. Matt & Stak sat down with the man who took a knee and changed sports forever, and he came with the real story: the fake NFL workout that turned into a legal trap, the waiver his own lawyers called malpractice, and the call from Jay-Z the day before that NFL deal went public. Ten years after the protest, Kaepernick still trains like he's getting the call tomorrow. He also breaks down the Super Bowl run, growing up biracial in Northern California, and what he actually wants to be remembered for, as a quarterback and as a man.

The piece about Jay-Z was interesting. Jay-Z absolutely didn’t need to mention Kap name unless he deliberately co-opted the momentum to get in bed with the NFL.

All money ain’t good money.

I am 65yrs young, Brothers thank you for this powerful inspiring, educational , and mostly the show of Unity and Respect, as Africans in America.Don't see that much anymore. Colin, thank you for being another Warrior not willing to bow down to those that oppress. In the words of Bob Marley "Every man has right to choose his own destiny, and in this judgement there is no partiality, so arms in arms with arms we will fight this little struggle, cause that's the only way we can overcome our little trouble. Soon we will find out who is the real Revolutionary, cause brother your right so right so right. To divide and rule can only tear us apart in every man there beats a heart soon we will find out who are the real revolutionaries."✊

I've been watching a lot of interviews with Colin over the last few days, because he's making the rounds to sell his book. The comment sections on so many of these interviews are loaded with ignorance and straight up hate... It's so refreshing to see that your viewers are overwhelmingly positive when it comes to Colin.
I'm a 49 year old, white, hardworking, husband and father from New Hampshire. I've had Colin's back from the jump. Sitting, kneeling, standing, or fighting, I'm with Colin. He has done and continues to do more for others than all of his haters combined. Great interview, thanks guys.
