The Show Must Go On is Freddie's best song, but also saddest. He was dying of AIDS at that point an couldn't stand or sing for very long, guitarist Brian May wondered and asked how he was gonna sing it. Freddie downed his vodka an said "I'll just fucking do it, darling." He went and slayed it and cemented his legacy as the greatest frontman ever.

I feel like Freddy would've gotten a kick out of videos like these if he were alive today

A snippet about the lyric "I'm a racing car passing by, like Lady Godiva."
According to lore, in Medieval England, Lady Godiva said to her husband that she would ride naked on horseback, through the streets of Coventry, if he promised to lower the taxes that the poor people had to pay. He obliged and so she rode disrobed, with her "Modesty" only covered by her very long golden tresses.
Her husband, the Lord, had ordered that everyone had to stay indoors and all the windows had to be shuttered but it was said that one local man named "Tom" couldn't resist having a sneaky peek through his window as she passed by and it is alleged that this is where the phrase "A Peeping Tom" originates from.

The sheer joy of Freddy singing is transcendent. You feel joy

Freddie was Gay/Bi, so the lyrics can go both ways...

Super sonic man/woman...it really didn't matter to Freddie, he lived his life in the way he wanted and to its fullest, no room in this world for homophobia or racism R.I.P Freddie you're sadly missed. Leo another great video keep them coming...
