Imagine a world where Simple streams Gex hacks all the time and one day he and his friends race Mario 64 and they absolutely hate it.

I still cant believe the game crashed when the girl talked to us

this game really wanted to make you puke a lot

thank you for practicing safe gex

Video game: exists

Simpleflips: “I used to speedrun this”

20:52 That's actually a perfect analogy, because Gex is probably the only person that still remembers who Nick Cannon is.

Pac-Man World 3: I am the worst game yet!

Gex 3: Hold my baseball mini game.

You know its a special game when they help each other during a race

these titles are becoming pleas for mercy

16:51 gets me everytime XD

I love coming back to old vids like this to just appreciate how much weight you really lost

20:27 Oh my god this part made me laugh my ass off, seriously.

Simple losing the donkey is the saddest ive been in a long time

9:26 to see a man's soul deteriorate completely in mere frames

I finally caught a simpleflips stream. He spent TWO ACTUAL HOURS trying to find funny money because the game sucks and then we all had a collective period cramp and migrane. Great masochist he is!

13:51 That is genuine loss in his voice

"Was there ever another Gex game?"
Square Enix absorbed the rights when they bought Eidos Interactive. (They used to be Crystal Dynamics kinda, it's a long story.) Since they have no plans to revisit Gex, they're running a thing where independent game developers can pitch ideas for a Gex game and if Squenix likes it, they'll let em run with the license.
Tl;dr if you want another Gex game, all you have to do is know how to make a generic platformer and ask Square Enix.

25:02 The genuine frustration at this moment lmao

13:50 I wish someone could make a compilation of every time Simple screams like this, it's hilarious

I can’t wait for the day dad runs out of sport mini games to make up and he’s like, “damn, I just got the synchronized swimming mini game!”
