It’s still really crazy that Insomniac was able to develop all of the original Spyro games in just a short amount of time.

Sheila having hair is not a problem for me. Sheila having HORNS most certainly IS!

I have no words to describe how impressed I am with how Insomniac handled Spyro’s first 3 games... 👏 a well-deserved round of applause to everyone who worked on those amazing works of art!!

Maybe that scrapped underwater dragon could come back in the 4th game

The code name "Girl With A Stick" made me laugh for some reason

Amish Dolphin Riders? I knew the Amish were plotting something!

Honestly, I reserve the right for a slow clap if the female dragons turn out to be behind Artisan's castle door. Right under our noses and we saw nothing coming ;7

OK, I'm genuinely surprised!

When you said this video would have 10 things we may not have known, I wasn't sure just how many of those would actually be new to me. But I was pleasantly surprised by how much information in this video which I didn't already know.

Great job CGE, I'm liking this style of video. The start of your 'evergreen approach' to your videos is actually a really promising sign!

Elora originally being a Centaur I knew about, but the rest I didn't know until now!

You won't go to bed without knowing something new from your profesor CGE

The dragons are not bipedal in the first game. They are like bears, they walk on all fours and can stand up at times if they like. There are even dragons you rescue that do stay on all fours.
This is what bugged me about the reignited remake.

Those darn polygons. And who was complaining about the hair, all the redesigns look so much better.

It's awesome that you can speak with a game developer for Spyro

Finally! A video of facts I didn't know that I actually didn't know!!

I can just imagine ActiVision watching this and coming up with all sorts of ideas for Spyro 4. Also, that part about Spyro 4 not being planned? Crash probably went down that road too, and look where that got him today, right?

Hmm. The fact Insomniac games were able to crack out 3 games back to back each year is insane yet incredible. Seems like trying to do that nowadays is impossible without being discovered by news outlets, having article headlines with Forced developer Crunch.

Original Spyro trilogy is the best Spyro! Thanks for talking with Oliver! This was a really interesting video!

While playing reignited I made my own theory (from a designer point of view)

Spyro is a "kid" dragon, that would explain why he still can't stand on two legs or fly, because of the weight of his head (same reason babies can't walk or run until they're a little older).

Spyro is love, Spyro is life

This made me think about how people didn't like the idea of multiple playable side characters in Spyro 3 but it was a huge feature in the newest crash game and people loved it. It just shows how time changes things
