In reality Preston is the only member of the minuteman left the other people with him weren't minutemen but just the remaining townspeople from quincy which was their last mission

They are worse than just a mess... They are just themes in a post apocalyptic theme park... And fixing them would require to redo everything made by bethesda...

Best outcome would be if u could restore the minutemen & get someone more relevant & capable to replace Preston 😒 so they can defend the townspeople from raiders & help with building bonds.
The railroad stop being stupid 😒.
The institute I take the Gen 1 & Gen 2 synths & override them to work for/under the Railroad control with the ability to make more of them.
Use the institute resources & tech to help plant growth & improve life with the synths helping rebuilding & construction/labor since radiation doesnt affect them.
The Bos I will work through the ranks & kill Maxson, assuming direct control of the Bos in Boston.
My Bos we hunt down the mutants, abominations, feral ghouls & function as the military force for the people taking down the major threats.
Rescue Virgil & see if him in control of the Institute now (I appointed him the leader & kill all who oppose me) if he can cure the fev maybe save those who are ghouls & turn them back or supermutants if they listen or want to turn back to human.
With this I can have military, science, tech & community all working together to regrow.
If it all works in Boston start to branch out to other states & cities. Thats my head cannon plan of helping society & not having to destroy any faction 🤷🏿♂️. Im a dick but im not evil lol.
