Papier has yet to answer for the crimes committed against my bank account, but that’s fine because now their second advent calendar has arrived and the promise of pretty, shiny stationery has soothed the sting. Today, we are reviewing the cheapest Papier advent calendar on the market - the 12-day version, which is available as an exclusive collaboration through Anthropologie.

“I am simply a crow in a woman’s body” - wow I need to subscribe to this channel. Oh wait, I already was 😆

When I saw the cherry bookmark I was like "oh that's actually really cute and I prefer it to the other calendar" and then seeing your reaction was funny to me.

I prefer the big one for the designs, these are too specific and Christmas-focused to be usable all year round. Also I think the colors of the big one are more esthetically pleasing 🧐

I like the packaging on this calendar more. It seems more festive. I agree that it would be a lot easier to repurpose this box than the other box. It seems more functional while still being very cute and pretty.

I have no idea why this showed up in my suggestions but I love it. A really good review is supposed to be both roses and thorns in my opinion. Also, you have such a nice voice

With the stripe pattern not lining up, I think it might be designed to line up when the pen is open. Like when you stick the cap on the back end the stripes will line up.

I'm sorry but how are they selling that cherry bookmark for 18 dollars 😭

I prefer this one over the bigger one. It's very nice, neat and good value for money 😊 Stationery it's not cheap these days. Also, Papier is not common in my area, so it will be special too 🤤

I love both calenders! 😊

Really loved how you didnt just highlight the good, you werent afraid to give them what-for. I know Ill pass on both of these based on whats inside, but that lobster clip is so cute and I will miss it.

I think once we all started scrapbooking, junk journaling, crafting in general our bank account was in the corner, in the fetal position sobbing!! Am I right?😂 Great unboxing! Definitely not worth it really.

Stumbled across your video. The first minute had me interested in your channel. Love your style!

8:13 Missed opportunity to insert a clip of that scene in The Great Mouse Detective when Basil is trying to align the lines of the bullets under the microscope. (/jokes) 😂

realizing that papier is just expensive in general lol

I love your sense of humor

Except for the pencil case that was in the more expensive advent calendar, I'm not really impressed with any of this stuff. I would also be kind of annoyed that the final gift in a box full of, what I consider to be lack luster items, would be a gratitude journal like they're telling me I should be grateful 😅
