My favorite thing that Hollywood is doing now is blaming the audience for their failures. Talk about being out of touch.

Releasing crap films direct to streaming didn't "teach audiences not to go to theaters." It taught audiences that all the films would be crap.

Who would’ve thought that being lectured about morality by out of touch rich people wouldn’t be a good business model.

The Problem wasn't that we don't want movies. We want stuff we'll actually enjoy instead of Enforced Propaganda.

It basically boils down to this. With a few exceptions, they hate us and we hate them.

Writers are told to only write their own experiences, but sadly, all their experiences are boring

Imagine the public being expected to eat up political opinions from people who play pretend for a living.

I go to the movies to be entertained, not to be lectured

They have to learn to be comfortable not owning anything. Own nothing and be happy.

People finally started hating the people that hate them. It took a little while but they got there eventually.

This is the issue in a nutshell.

@LayneStaley420 3 months ago

Not only are current day movies shit, Hollywood constantly tells half the country how much they hate them for their political views. Why would I give them my money?

@thedalillama 3 months ago

They refuse to stop attacking people like me and my interests.

@invisibleman4827 3 months ago

Not only have they been lecturing the public, but they've been responsible for some truly appalling behaviour themselves, which makes it worse.

California has really blown away over a trillion dollars of tax revenue over the past 10 years with its garbage policies

CIA has an unlimited budget, therefor Hollywood is a permanent fixture with an unlimited propaganda budget. It is essentially forever free money for actors. Actors are paid with our tax dollars and additionally printed money if they see fit. 😎
