No one who has ever seen these movies will forget Carl Weathers and his charismatic portrayal of Apollo Creed. In that sense Carl Weathers lives forever in our hearts

Her delivery of the line, "... win!" is just so great!

What makes the movies so good is the characters are so real.  You understand Apollo and Tony's motivation.  Rocky and Adrian are very real.  Most people relate to being down and out.  The dynamic between Rocky and Adrian.  He needs her support and she gives him the strength to see it through.

The poem Rocky reads to Adrian gets me every time. 🥲

Rocky 2. People in the theatre were screaming get up Rocky and a thunderous applause roared after Rocky won. The best of the entire film series. Can't wait for your reaction to Rocky 3. Also hoping you react to the 2nd Rambo movie

One of the most inspirational movies of all time for me.

The baby is Sylvester Stallone's son Sage Moonblood Stallone.  He tragically died of heart disease at age 36 in 2012.  He also played Rocky Jr in later films.

The 2nd one had bigger stakes the story unfolded brilliantly it made him a champion, love your reactions!!

Rocky is a great character and one of the greatest franchises in the history of Hollywood. Great reaction Homies! 👍🏿

3:07 Apollo wouldn't be able to talk this loud and energetic with broken ribs, internal bleeding and exhaustion from going the distance. -- Though I do like how he took the rematch seriously.

This epic sequel evokes a full range of emotions. The Rocky franchise is undeniably Stallone’s best work, with Rocky 1 through 4 being his career’s Masterpiece. These films are magnificent works of art and a cinematic national treasure for generations to come. If you ever need inspiration or motivation, forget about listening to Tony Robbins, just put on a Rocky movie, and you'll be good to go!

In the first Rocky film... people often repeat that Rocky wanted to prove to himself that he wasn't just another bum from the neighborhood but never mention WHY.
Rocky wanted to propose marriage to Adrian, but he needed to prove to himself that he was worthy of her.  He wanted to go "the distance" with the world heavyweight champion to prove to himself that he was offering Adrian something worthy of her hand in marriage.  That was the entire point.
In Rocky 2, "the fates" gave Adrian back to Rocky.... so when Adrian tells him to win...... it means to Rocky that he owes Adrian, and the fates... to win the fight for her.
She requested he win and nothing was going to stop him.  He owed a debt to the universe for giving Adrian back to him.

Rocky's fights are based on having a reason to fight.  Something to fight for.

R.I.P. Burgess Meredith (Mickey), Carl Weathers (Apollo) and Burt Young (Paulie) 🥀🥀🥀

The way Rocky says to Adrienne, "what are you doing for the next 40 or 50 years, if you wouldn't mind marrying me to much."

One of the guys singing around the barrel fire is frank Stallone, sly,s brother.

Is someone cutting onions.  I am not crying you are crying.  The ending is soo good.

17:35 Absolutely love your boxing / fighting skils (ducking ,weaving out the way , while throwing your awsome punches) Michelle, your a real true knockout 🥊🥊. You would easily beat my ass anyday, you and Ellie lol.

I didnt think they were goin to watch any more rocky films ...its only been two years since they watched rocky

A movie where Ellie doesn’t cry is like a day without sunshine.

Why did it take you a YEAR to see this?! 😮🥊

Please finish the series, and then do the Creed trilogy! You won’t regret it! 😎

Watching this series is like walking through life’s ups and downs.
