I feel like so much has changed lately, so I wanted to sit down and properly catch up with you navigating divorce, adjusting to life as a single mum, finding myself again and figuring out what this next chapter looks like. Divorce isn’t shame — it’s choosing yourself. People say it’s embarrassing so you stay silent and protect him. Don’t let them. Keep talking, keep going. You’ve done nothing wrong. Believe in yourself — you’ve got this.

Divorce is not embarrassing, I would even go as far as say it is brave. You've recognized it is not working and did something about it. Starting over is difficult.

it is not embarrassing or humiliating. You moved to another country in your early 20s with a degree. You built a successful life and are raising 2 incredible kids allahumabarik.
