A-class Carthago S Plus I 61 XL motorhome

A tour of our Carthago S Plus I 61 XL ,motorhome after over 4,000 miles. We picked her up in November 2022 and have taken her all over Spain, some of France and the UK, so we are getting to know her. We show you most, not all of her features and what makes it a very comfortable and enjoyable home on wheels. Keep watching future videos for some of the things we have missed and some we have no doubt yet to discover.

See what we thought after 2 years with our update video Van Tour Carthago A-class

Also see what we have been up to in the summer of 2025 with the van we still love here's the linki t6o our playlist for summer 2025

Beautiful van, totally jealous. I love the fact you haven’t got the front over cab bed. The kitchen is fantastic. Thank you for the tour.

Beautiful van. We pick up our new Carthago Chic C Line XL LE on a Mercedes chassis in July and can’t wait. Obviously this van with a tag axle at 8.53 mtrs will be a little more challenging to drive but to say we’re excited would be an understatement. We have heard so many good things about Carthago so keeping everything crossed it lives up to expectations. Thanks for showing us round your beautiful van.

I have a 2005 Carthago Chic i47 that I bought in 2017. I can thoroughly recommend Carthago for quality of build, at least in my own personal experience. Similar to yourself (with your motorbike) I have a moped in my garage that is ideal for the narrow lanes of Devon and Cornwall, and for popping down the supermarket. I have a drop down bed at the front that I have found very useful for occasional guests and perhaps for resale value, if I was ever to sell. Ideal for longer-term motorhoming, as you have clearly found yourselves with your trip to Europe. Enjoy.
