Hardest meal I have ever made camping was Beef Wellington with Hasselback potatoes and asparagus.  I cooked them all on one burner with a Dutch oven and a cast iron trivet inside for heat circulation.  It was so good but I'll probably never do it again.
I can't believe you forgot to change out your winter air!  Because you aired down before hitting the snow is why you couldn't float on the snow though.  It is so hard to figure out when to change out the air in the Spring time 🤦‍♀ Also, don't forget to fill your blinker fluid - that goes low in the winter too 😉
During the watching of this video I may have ordered refills for my Thermocell...mosquitoes BAD!
I love watching your videos!  The footage, the drone shots - all paired with commentary and music is very well balanced.  You and Kevin both have really upped your game with this YouTube thing since the RBR.  I could stay at that 1st location for weeks or at least about 14 days.

This is not a truck camper story but a sailboat story.  My late husband and I lived aboard a 45’ Hunter and we loved to have the family for Christmas.  That meant 8 of us.  I wanted to cook a fresh turkey so I had the local butcher debone the turkey so I could cook it flat in the tiny oven (almost exactly like your oven).  We had a one-bum galley so it took coordination and timing to make it all come together for a hot Christmas meal.  I no longer have the boat but I now own a travel trailer and travel Canada.  Vic, you are an inspiration for me to keep on trucking at 70.
