Say it with me guys: Ai is never art

I love drawing 𝓪𝓬𝓽𝓾𝓪𝓵 art while listening to these videos. Very entertaining

These videos always inspire me to draw, like... actual art

i love PICKING UP A PENCIL when watching these vids
Edit: TY FOR THE LIKESSS🎉

is it just me or have i never seen an actual genuine artist who primarily uses threads? 😭😭
also i'm DEAD their pencil sketches literally look like my "art" when i was 10 and would trace disney characters on a piece of paper through the computer screen fdjskfjdlkfk

it's so painfully obvious when people are tracing, and the fact that they don't get that is just hilarious

Absolutely none of those are "sketches"

1:10 not the Chinese pr0n front and center in the ad 💀

AGAIN I'm always impressed(?) how these fake "artists" are way too productive to lie instead of just picking up a pencil or something 😭

Said everything but the obvious
1) the rim of the pocket not having a line, when every other piece of the girl is clearly lined
2) the further strap of the bag disappearing into bag
3) lid of the bag is also not lined properly, the line disappears halfway through when it's not in the style of this piece

Man I hate AI slop

I do just wanna put this here because of your confusion of why the speedpaint was so low res: for some reason procreate makes speedpaints really low res. i've had this problem with it no matter how big the drawing/canvas is, the speedpaint will always be pixelated and crunched up. the drawing suddenly becoming high res after the speedpaint finishes is also something procreate does. not at all defending the person, just explaining why the speedpaint looked like that. they likely just exported it from procreate if they used procreate for the drawing (which could open up the possibility of a hidden layer being used)

have you ever done one where an artist was falsely accused of using ai but it got debunked?

It baffles me that even fake artists don’t watch “their” speed paint back to double check everything. Is common sense rare these days? 💔

35:53 It was the un-exported procreate timelapse, they used their screen recorder and zoomed it, it is very pixelated when you look at the un-exported time lapse :)

I hate how people are using ai to draw GRRRRRRR

I always find it fummy when the sketch is so perfected to the point its basically line art but then they dont use it in the final product. Like... when i do lineless work, I dont waste time trying to do perfect line art. That would be a waste of time. I will do rough shapes for composition/positioning and then start painting over

41:46 mind you… my anatomy degrades everytime i touch a paper 🥲

ok we need real life punishments for these kind of actions now. Some people even got scammed and we can't just let them go free to create another account.

Girlie got mermaid scales on her arms 🧜‍♀🌊 H2O Just Add Water tan

26:13 “beginner and intermediate artists will do this” Me staring at my art: “am I…..a beginner ?” as I’ve been a professional by everyone else’s terms for 4 years
