I adore when Plumbella gets a little Philomena Cunk in her delivery

When you were talking about the simlish language, it made me realise how much I hate when I see certain tik toks of people pretending to be sims and just speaking gibberish. The sims have actual phrases and you're the only person I've seen that does it properly 😂

If Plumbella is not invited by producers for an upcoming Sims movie as “lore-specialist “,then they lost a great deal.
(Or she is working on the movie and basically makes these videos as Easter eggs).🙈

Regarding TS1 social worker: when I was a kid, the baby was the last sim left after a house fire. I used cheats to let me build during events like fire/social worker/death, I built a pool mote to keep her from getting to the baby. She couldn't teleport while swimming, and I took the ladders out. So she kept swimming around in circles until the baby aged up. A messed up situation but a fun sims memory.

Am I the only one who finds “BJ, the Headmaster” and the rest of the notification a hilariously silly innuendo? 😂

God, Jesse, your sense of humour is just immaculate. Referring to Strangerville as Strangetown’s “cousin from the dad’s side” had me CACKLING

Jessica, if you ever write an EA Official or even unofficial (not sure how copywrite works with names and likenesses of characters) Entire History of the Sims book, I would happily be your book editor, pro bono. I want a tangible copy of this map introducing the entire index of its citizens that you've already fleshed out. This deserves to be a published work of art. I've got ideas; let's talk

I like that aging is a modern invention, because as far as Medieval times (in TSM), there were only adults, babies, and children, too.

Only stands to reason they should invent preteens by the time Oasis Landing comes around.

Every time I start to think “I wonder when we’ll get another plumbella video?” BAM less than a week later here is it. So ready to be blessed with some loooorrrreeee

Not my whole male work team giving me weird looks because that first sultry “Sul Sul” played OUT LOUD while I was talking in a zoom meeting.

I guess my phone notified me of the video and I accidentally opened it while flipping my phone over in my hands.

I not only completely lost my train of thought, but the scandalous looks on their faces 🤣

edit: Jessie if you see this thank you for giving me and my boss a good laugh today from this ❤️

I have seen people genuinely argue that sims is "meant to be realistic" every time a paranormal pack is released and i've sat there like "....fucking WHERE" lmfao

Komorebi is not arctic. Half of it is in permanent snow because it's a snowcapped mountain. It's based on Mt. Fuji in Japan. A mountain doesn't have to be arctic to have snow. Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania is near the equator and has a permanent snow cap.

I think this is my favorite deep dive you've done! It's cool to think about the overarching world the sims live in and what the norms are there. You kind of take all of those deliberate little details for granted while playing, but it's what makes the sims series unique!

"there was only one big footprint in the sand. he [bigfoot] was carrying me" i had to pause the video for several minutes to laugh at this one

34:31 EXCUSE YOU! /lh Imaginary Friends are the best thing in The Sims 3. The number of imaginary friends-to-real friends-to-eventual lovers plots I used to make has to be seen to be believed 😂
