As they say, you can give the benefit to say once is a freak occurrence or a one-off, twice might be an unfortunate coincidence but when something is screwed up three times, that's an observable trend or pattern where something really fishy is going on.
In addition to Jaeger Precision's video, there was one by Hades Airsoft on another Secutor Centurion where they'd cheaped out on the nozzle and bolt assembly. I get that Secutor is a for-profit company but surely it can understand that shaving a bit of margin can make its reputation last longer over making a quick and focusing on the short-term.
