Miniaturist Journal 172. I’m trying out a completely new technique for making tiny rugs, weaving on a little cardboard loom!
The best part? I’m using free and leftover materials, so this is a wonderfully inexpensive way to add some handmade textiles to a miniature scene. The possibilities with this technique are surprisingly varied, and I’m excited to see where it leads.
A simple loom, a few scraps, and a bit of experimenting - what could possibly go wrong?
