Don't know who needs to read this but if you are living the lyrics of this song... I'm glad you're here. If you are struggling, keeo fighting... The world is better with you in it.

The original feels like angsty teen rage, feeling alone in a world of people, who were also feeling like that.
Coping by realizing you're not really alone in those feelings.
Ronnie's version, IMHO, shows the same feelings, matured and aged, the loneliness and sorrow very real as the world comes crashing down around you.
Coping coming  differently in that moment of peaceful silence, when everything is still, and embracing the pain, getting strength in letting it go and putting things to right, even when you're still not.
Love this song, this video, and your reaction, well done!

I am so glad u finally doing Ronnie's version of this classic. Ronnie really shows us how depressed jacobie was

The Papa Roach version is the teenage take on oppressive depression, Ronnies is the adult take on it and wow do the lyrics scream out at you.

To me, this is a cover similar to Johnny Cash's version of ”Hurt”. Both take the experience of life and pour something into the song that the original artists couldn't do when they originally wrote and performed these songs.

What's so crazy is that when the original came out, I don't think people realized how dark this song was.

Милфы колбасятся под песню нашей молодости, мы в России тоже ободаем и Papa roach, и Falling in reverse!

The 2 songs of his own that he re-imagined are equally powerful, if not better. I’m not a vampire and the drug in me is you. I’m sure you’ll get many requests

The look on their faces for Ronnies version is priceless

One of my best friends took his life a few weeks before I heard this song the first time. Every day I wish I could go back and tell him everything was going to be ok. I wish I would have seen the emptiness in his eyes. I wish he would have screamed out for help. I wish he was here…

If you are still here and are living this song, please tell someone you need help. The world is better with you in it, no matter how lost you feel we are all better with you here.

Jacoby wrote this to deal with his childhood friends ultimate resolution to depression that nobody suspected. One day he was there, the next gone. They say we deserve to live and be happy, I'd settle for not hating myself. For anyone else living this, while my reality is different to yours, "I understand" is not the right phrase but i appreciate where you are. Jacoby is our rage, Ronnie is our scream of anguish. Please, just stay here one more day.

Thank you for actually enjoying the music and video without pausing every 5 seconds. When creators do this, it takes away from the journey.

Watch the video where Ronnie is letting Papa Roach hear the first demo version..... it's great!

The Papa Roach version was for the angry teens we were.. this version is for the broken adults we grew up to be.

If you're feeling these words.. its okay to not be okay. you are not alone. you are loved and you are needed.

Now you have got to see Jacoby's reaction to hearing Ronnie's version with Ronnie in his studio with the rough version!!

Thanks for letting the videos play through. I think it makes your reactions much more authentic.

Ronnie version is amazing. Look at him, he's just a normal person, but inside there's a smoking city in ruins.

Great reaction ladies! Love this song! Ronnie definitely brought it to the next level! The line "Wish some would tell me I'm fine" always hits hard. If whoever is reading this feels that way, let me be the first to tell you: You're fine!

I love this song.  The lyrics hit so hard with the accompanying voice and instrumentation.   It really lays bare the pain, anguish, and sheer desperation of someone going through this.
For me, one of the most poignant parts of this video is the buildings coming back together.  Ronnie is still crying out, but the world keeps going on completely unaware of the fact that you are consider ending it all.  It’s such a struggle to see happiness all around you, and normalcy, when you think that you are unworthy or incapable of having any of that.

There is a video of a nervous Ronnie letting Jacoby hear the unmixed version
