AmaWaterways has released more of its 2028 Europe river cruise plans, with some interesting changes in France, Portugal, Holland and Belgium.
In this video, I go over the updates that stood out to me, including the new 10- and 11-night Burgundy and Provence itinerary, more City Escapes, new land options in Brussels, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Dijon and Porto, and AmaGaia joining the Douro in Portugal.
I also talk about a few things I would consider when choosing between these itineraries. Sometimes the ship gets most of the attention, but where you're going, how much time you have there, and the pace of the trip can make an even bigger difference.
I’m Lena with Seven Heaven Travel. I specialize in river cruises and have spent quite a bit of time both sailing them and helping clients choose the right itinerary.
