Going back to Orzammar so soon is an interesting choice.

I mean, you SHOULD be a little scared of the Deep Roads, yeah. That is indeed the vibe.

39:28 - Man literally said "Tee Hee"

Giggling like a school girl while kissing Morrigan is a mood

I love how you really engage with the characters and genuinely talk back to them rather than just give commentary, it's such a nice way to experience the dialogue again!

You know, while you're here, Leliana, Sten, and Gale might like a chance to explore the city as well at some point. Not super important, just something they might also enjoy. Seems like a great tourist location.

For anyone else who might be concerned, Chris has already been informed about the floor of the window the game's level-scaling system sets the unnamed combat zone at the end of the quest "Paragon of Her Kind" at when it tries to change it to match the level you first enter it as (and that he's still a couple levels below it), so any choice he chooses to make from here is already an appropriately informed one.

1:31:24 finally a LPer who recognizes Shep's voice lol, he's everywhere in Bioware games

1:11:39 - "I win!" dies

The Party Hold position command was messing up your guys.  When in Hold they will not move and can only melee attack if someone comes up to them.   The idea to use Hold to draw enemies in is good but you need to turn off Hold when the enemies get close.

For Tactics Behaviors - Only 'Default' and 'Ranged' are needed.  The others really don't work.   And with those behaviors your characters will do an Auto Attack if all the tactics slots are on cooldown (you don't need to add Auto Attack to a slot).

And ALWAYS kill Mages ASAP! 😉

Fun fact of today:
Origins is technically not the first Dragon Age game. It released on 3 of November 2009, but a bunch of weeks earlier (22 of October 2009) released Dragon Age: Journeys. It was a 2D browser game made with Adobe Flash Player (R.I.P.) and it mostly grabbed assets from yet to be released Origins.

A fun thing about Dragon Age Origins is that four of the Origins can go back home and see what's happened since Leaving.

"May or may not have already recorded reading the first chapter..." Story time is coming! 😃

41:15 Point well made Chris :)

36:46 I almost feel like this is a bug that happens because this feels so early😂 one of my playthroughs of DA:O I could kiss Morrigan when we first arrived at Lothering which was super confusing since it was SUPER early in the game haha

1:31:20 "This is my least favourite store on the pass" Mark Meer do make a couple of voices in DAO and Awakening!  You heard him in Lothering as the Unscrupulous Merchant.

Once I discovered the “optimal” route to take, it made every play through very routine for me unless I active chose to make things harder on myself

"Not that I was going to take screenshots of it or anything like that." - Fear not. You have it on film! 1:43:25

When it comes to gifts. There are a bunch of "generic" gifts, which gives a little approval depending on if they are the type a companion likes. But there are also unique gifts, usually 2 (But not always) per companion, which will cause a conversation. These are often mentioned briefly in a dialogue, but of the generic gifts it can be a bit harder tell what companion like whats. Some types will be obvious, like you will know who will want the booze. If I recall correctly, so does the companion who likes paintings never hint towards it. So I will mention a quite easy hint below:

The companion who likes paintings respect skill, and also got things in common with paintings, being the stiff and silent type.

1:11:55 That was perfectly cinematic at the end there.
