"so it's leon" is a universal experience for english speakers in d1 lmao

"Wait, is he an evil bear?" OH SWEETIE

"I'm going in this blind" proceeds to predict half the fucking game

Fun fact about the bad ending: when asked what happened to Toko, Kazutaka Kodaka said "she just exploded somehow"

Not-so-fun fact about Celeste’s execution: She wanted to be unique more than anything else, which is why she was smiling as she got burnt alive, because it’s a unique death, but Monokuma decided to throw one last dose of despair her way, and had her get run over by a fire truck. Getting run over by a car is one of, if not THE MOST COMMON way to die.

To be fair,it was supposed to be much harder for the japanese audience(since the devs are japanese)
Because leon would be written with kanji not as "Leon"
But its obvious in english.

"I don't know his name, so I'm just gonna call him black and white bear." is so funny because Monokuma's name is literally "black and white bear." Mono as in monochrome, and Kuma is the Japanese word for bear lmao

Asking Hifumi to please touch grass and sounding genuinely concerned was the funniest and most appropriate thing I have witnessed in a while

The point of the executions is to draw out despair in the executed. For instance my favorite execution was Celestes. Celeste wanted everything in her life to be gothic, beautiful, and over the top. So her execution is arguably one of the most dramatic and over the top executions throughout history, but what actually kills her is one of the most common ways to die in the modern world. Snatching the dignity away from Celeste probably made her feel the greatest despair she's probably ever felt and then she just dies. Leon was another good one. He HATED his talent so imagine how he felt when it killed him.

Oh last thing for anyone wondering, the pink blood is aesthetic not censorship. I'm not sure if I'm 100% correct here but I believe Kodaka has described DR as psychopop, which I think the pink blood fits pretty well on that "genre".

Always love how Crystaaahl always instantly predicts the plot even if sometimes if it's a meme

Blind Danganronpa playthroughs are always a wild ride

As someone who watched the streams...she was not ready for the craziness.

And as ever, she would question herself over at least one person she got attached to (namely Byakuya). :V

2:57 i like how literally everyone who plays this game IMMEDIATELY figures it out, meanwhile the characters go through the whole rigamarole of trying to figure it out 😂

"Imagine your own ultimate skill killing you"

Literally every other execution in the series except for alter ego:

I love how to anyone new to the series how insignificant of a puzzle the "leon" thing is.

9:30 "How is he gonna die?" -  somebody not expecting mondo butter

I remember having like 4 heart attacks the first time i saw "Danganronpa" and "CrystAAHHL" in the same sentence when the first stream happened, been waiting for this forever and I couldn't be happier

Despite the Title, Interesting Character designs and Monokuma the Psychotic bear pun spewing Bear this music SLAPS in Dangaropa
