It has always been genuinely insane to me. The concept of judging children on “beauty”. I don’t even judge full grown adults on beauty, because it’s not right. At least in adult pageants they’re agreeing to be judged and they know what they’re getting themselves into (At least most of the time). But trying to judge little kids and teens on beauty is a whole different demon fr. A fast path on giving kids body and face dysmorphia. It’s also a scam. But even if it wasn’t, it’s just not right at all to have people judge literal children on their “attractiveness” pretty much. So sorry you had to go through that.

the spray tanning experience sounds especially awful....I'm so sorry you had to experience all this man

Grandma Jenna stayed for you.

That spray tan thing is predatory & gross as is the swimsuit category!!!

Thats sexual trauma!

That pageant was a god dang SCAM!! I don’t support child pageant… but I did them as a child and teen. None of the ones I ever did had us pay per entry category and none of them had us pay to enter to each prize individually or at all! It’s just the entry fee and then when I went to nationals it was entry fee, photographer fee for the photographer who took photos of us at every event, and travel costs. And I think we had to pay for the dinner too if we wanted to come to get the big dinner the night before the big pageant day.

3:59  ‘linda put me in therapy, dont put me on a stage’ js abt summarizes a very simple solution for ur mother. i wish the video ended there…:(

I can't even think the phrase "beauty pageant" without being reminded of how Billy and Mandy roasted them.

"Don't forget, this is mommy's big day." "The bigger you smile, the more beautiful mommy looks." "Baby, time to earn mommy's love."

How dare YouTube hide this from me for a whole 16 seconds

I honestly never thought about saying my child is shy in that way I appreciate this as it's opened my eyes on how she actually might be prossesing things instead of talking right away I'm gonna be giving her more of a chance to prosses what's happening around her now ❤

0:25 might use that pose as a reference

My aunt did this to me and her daughters when we were younger ((one of the many fucked up things she did))

The sheer amount of creepy ass men who were at these pageants was insane

I love when people tell their stories about things like this, rather than making everything sound like there was no wrongs

THIS VIDEO MADE MY DAY (not because of your trauma, because these things aren’t okay, but I love your videos bc you are THE BEST YOUTUBER)

The adhd in first few seconds is going crazy

Grandma Jenna so thankful you met her through all this ❤ and she definitely stayed for you ❤

I'm 25 minutes in and I knew this stuff was bad but o m g.

This is nuts! I can't imagine being exposed to others, yourself and other peoples nudity at such a young age in that sense.

So many strangers seeing so many kids in that state, makes me REALLY wonder how deep the rabbit hole goes ya know?
I'm so sorry you went through all of that. I love your video! Your energy reminds me a lot of my own ( I am also autistic and diagnosed as an adult woman for my own expierence,  to be clear lol I know you use he/him )

Just an insane sounding world that I'm glad my mom never put me in. She put my sister in a few as a toddler in small town WV, but she stopped when my sister said she didn't want to anymore.

yes thank you for talking about this! I’ve always wondered about this topic, with things like toddlers and tiaras, to more dark things like Jon Benét Ramsay. idk anyone that has done them, but I feel like they are more popular (with the TLC show) than adult beauty pageants, which scares me.

WE ARE SOO BACK WITH SPECIAL GUEST BERRY!!
