I Created My Own Hundred Franchise From Scratch

The North East has been completely left out of The Hundred, so I decided to change that by buying my own franchise and creating the Northumbria Kings in Cricket Captain 2026.
Representing Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland and the wider North East, the Kings have their own badge, royal blue and gold kit, sponsor and one clear identity:
For the North.
But this is not just about creating a new team. I have only five seasons to build the squad from scratch, compete against the established Hundred franchises and complete the ultimate challenge:
Win The Hundred.
Can a brand-new expansion franchise rise from nothing and become champions in just five years?
Welcome to the Northumbria Kings.
