I would’ve laughed my ass off if Kunikida’s ability tried to kill him with paper cuts

fun fact: asagiri (the creator of bungou stray dogs) actually has a degree in physics! everything about chuuya’s ability is explained in the light novel “storm bringer” which is a sequel to “dazai, chuuya, age fifteen”

“Nice hot pink motorcycle Chuuya”

Also Danny: drank out of a hot pink cup not even a minute ago

Fun fact : irl chuuya once broke into dazais house to bully him when he was drunk

Danny studying the irl dazai's works for bsd is the equivalent to studying a subject that isn't in the exam

Fun fact : chuuya’s ability cannot be separeted from him , so “the fog hasn’t clearly out “ is the just false when it comes to chuuya’s ability, dazai knew this btw

I love that Danny instantly realized that Rampo's VA was changed by only hearing a single line 😂

The funniest part about Danny's reaction to Chuuya and Dazai 22:13 is when you know about the fact that Dazai did it on purpose bc the fog doesn't affect Chuuya abilities.

Hey fun fact, the manga version of Dead Apple translated Chuuya’s line about wanting to punch Dazai as “I won’t be satisfied until I give him a blow” :)

someone's definitely mentioned it already but the reason ranpo wasn't in most of it was that in the beginning he puts all his snacks in the safe in preparation, because shibusawa's ability makes all non-gifted people disappear. so he predicted that he was going to disappear and stashed his snacks away ahead of time, and that's why he reappears at the end (to formally show us that it's properly over).

THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING WITH CHUUYA AND DAZAI 😭

18:16
"He's only had 3 total minutes of screen time, and he's acting like he's the antagonist of the whole show"
It might seem crazy what I'm about to say....

Chuuya's screams sound way better in the original japanese voice, I just love his original voice it fits him so much.

22:28 “when you guys told me I was going to end up shipping these two, you DIDNT TELL ME CHUUYA LITERALLY BLOWS DAZAI.”💀💀

Danny: Insults Chuuya's motorcycle*
Me knowing he got it from Albatross: Rolls up sleeves* You wanna fight, huh?😤

Danny if you KNEW the backstory for that fedora and motorcycle you would NOT be laughing

chuuya being the goat eye candy of the movie and having a pink motorcycle for absolutely no reason was the highlight for me

Has anyone else ever made the connection between Dazai's ''dead'' state, being ''awakened'' again by Chuuya's punch, and Snow white being kissed by the prince to wake up after eating the poisoned apple?
Especially with that soft background music too😂

Honestly I would suggest reading the BSD novels instead. They actually give the thoughts of the characters and are much better then the flashbacks that appear in seasons.

Ango's voice in the english dub is such a nerd emoji 😭😭
"This is a government facility 🤓there are consequences for assaulting our agents🤓🤓"
