The Special stages of the Dreamcast Edition of Sonic Mania are actually already fully complete & has no issues anymore & looks 1 to 1 to the original with the 60fps. One of the members helping jnmartin84 (Which is also his YouTube channel name) now has been working on other stuff on the port like the Pinball bonus stage, the blue spheres bonus stage & the title screen island, which are all being refined after the team already completed, I think the team's even refining MMZ1 since it has special effects not on other levels.

The strangest thing about Sonic Genesis is that by 2006, the DS had been out for 2 years.

Note: the 32X port of Sonic 1 doesn’t work on real hardware, it crashes immediately upon bootup.
