Very nice video! I'm building my bike for Deliveroo since my old one got stolen, this helped a lot! :) Do you advise using an actual dynamometric wrench to get it exactly at spec or is it just a common sense thing (Don't tighten like crazy)?

Italian frames are just the opposite thread ditection from one side to the other to the English thread from memory. The thread has more pitch or  more coarse on the Italians frames. Some french frames had the drive side as  clockwise to tighten and non drive as clockwise to tighten. The thread was either 1mm or 1.5m same thread cut as either the British or Italian.

Resolved the creaking noise for me.....

One question though...when refitting the non-drive side crank, how do you ensure it's exactly 180 degrees away from the drive-side crank?

when I read the title I thought about you regreasing the actual bb bearing, not just the spindle interface.. is it possible to make a video about this for a Shimano and DUB crankset? (thinking about thinner grease/oil inside the bearing to reduce losses or thicker for better weather protection)

If you have the cranks out you might as well do a bearing service. You're only doing half the job required by slapping some grease in there.

Is mobil 28 grease okay?

That is literally not regreasing your bottom bracket. Its adding grease to the spindle.
