But the skill of the Gauchos(is that the right word?)in selecting the cut, the seasoning, the heat, the distance from the heat and the timing is just as skillful as any Michelin chef in their pretty whites and cosy air conditioned kitchens.Oh my sweet lord, those beef ribs, that pork and the wonderful sausages 🤤! I love the fact that the "Salt Police" haven't raided Brazilian food, like they have in Europe.
