Here in Rio Grande do Sul, we celebrate the Farroupilha Revolution in September, where we celebrate our traditions and culture.

So we couldn't miss the chance to have a delicious roasted rib roast accompanied by good old chimarrão (mate tea). Even with the cloudy sky, we were able to enjoy the day celebrating our tradition in practice, camped around the campfire.
