Your head went 50 shades of red 😂😂😂

Hmmmm I think I'll give this one a miss Gareth 😊

Get ready for ‘Blast Off’ about 7:30 am if you get that far😂👍

I always judge how hot it is by what colour your head goes! From pale pink to violent purple🤣🤣🤣

So, I was buying my supplies in Agbrigg Road Wakefield some years back and the Asian guy was helpfully explaining how I should go about making an authentic Indian Curry after which he qualified his instructions by saying “Mate we do eat cornflakes for breakfast the same as you, we’re not eating this stuff all the time you know”😅

You’ll be singing A ring of fire in the morning Gareth. Well done 😂

As soon as you took the first taste, I laughed & laughed at your reactions. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You’re a brave man Gareth. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

16:25 the way he tells this story about the guy in Lidl and how his kids enjoyed the bakery section - like a Vietnam veteran on his deathbed reliving the good old days lmao

It is well known that the fats in milk and yogurt cut the heat of capsaicin as its molecules are fat soluble. But capsaicin is also alkaline; so if you add a citrus like lemon or lime that also helps to reduce the heat!
If making your own curry a lot of the heat of chilli’s is in the white pith inside the chilli pepper.

Gaviscon Double action ice cream for dessert 😂

I like spicy stuff, but if it's so spicy I can't even taste the flavour of the food I don't see the point.  This is more of a challenge for you than the usual food review, and you did well.  Rather you than me marrer! lol

Hats off to you pal, great effort 👌

You know how they put red chilli peppers on the front of boxes to indicate how hot the curry is?. They could use your face and head instead with different shades of red. From white to bright red. 🥵 🥵 🥵 🥵

They used to do a fantastic vindaloo Pizza which was a bit of a 'challenge'.
That said when I lost my sense of smell and taste with Covid it was the one thing that wasnt bland.

That measured 10 on the baldometer scale 😂😂😂

that was so hot you got sunburn on the bonce, its going to be a burning ring of fire tonight

Neon pink head by 14 minutes, look like one of those highlighter pens 😂😂😂

Oh Excellent
Iceland going back down this road.  💙
