I enjoy the OG Decision better. It already lasts a long time and projects pretty good. Decision 42 i feel like removes the uniqueness of what makes Decision... Decision.

Another great video.

Like all of your suggestions. I recently bought a decant of Timber and really like it.  Amouage  seems to be on a role right now and their prices reflect  that. I'm buying xerjoff right now as their prices are a little better discounted than amouage. I recently tried Uden by xerjoff and loved it and think I would wear it in the same way I would wear Reflection.

New to the channel. Great presentation! Reflection man, beach hut man, meander are my go to. I’m learning to like royal tobacco in small doses. There’s something magic about all of these.

I’m very much into fragrance but I’ve never had an Amouage. Your video is a splendid guide to the brands main fragrances and I look forward to trying them out! I’m keen to sample Purpose 50 as well. Thank you for the information, very helpful!

Great video sir. Lovely as always. I’m still having doubts between the OG and 42. I love the OG. My sample of the 42 should be arriving next friday. Can’t wait.

Just scored a tester bottle of Jubilation 25 for $170 online.  I would've preferred having a cap but I couldn't resist the price.. Hopefully I enjoy it lol

When i got a sample of decision i was obsessed with it but i just received a full bottle and now i dont like it idk what happened to my nose 😢 maybe it’s because its a new bottle i just find it too sweet too powdery agh

Never understood the hype about Outlands. I tried it a few times in H Beauty & never enjoyed the wear experience. Starts off with too much going on & then dries down extremely sweet. I find it odd it’s so universally loved, it would seem it comes from Influencers online.
Agree with you on Reflection, it’s one of the easiest Amouage profiles to get on with. The prices of Amouage, and fragrances in general, is getting ridiculous. I used to be able to pick up a regular Amouage for about 160-180 at discounters. Now looking at the 250-275 mark.

Great choices, and I agree about Outlands. If you wear that in the middle of summer, you are a total savage. those are all terrific choices especially If somebody's starting off with Amouage, especially, Reflection Man.

I've been testing Decision 42 (and overture 41) for the last few days, and so far it's great, Decision 42 is the first of the extrait line that I prefer the original. I'm happy i have this but I don't know that anybody was asking for an extrait of Decision. I get that it's a bit of a money grab. Decision is a very very popular fragrance, so why not get to sell it twice but original is strong enough already.

Decision 42 is beautiful, the bottle is stunning, it is way more incensey and ashy than the original. And I do get more of a Christmas candle vibe from it, if that makes sense,. Now I'm an Amouage guy. I have most of the collection, and if you're somebody who loves Decision, I would say this is a terrific buy if you want to have all the versions of Decision, and if you love the original Decision, you will definitely not be disappointed with this one. For most people I think it's is very redundant to have both.

Now, I get that they're not the house that they used to be. They no longer give us these crazy challenging scents like they used to, I remember a time when you'd get an Amouage and you didn't know what you would get, and those days are definitely gone. These scents now seem to be way more linear, they definitely don't evolve as much or change as much during the wear experience and are more mass-appealing than they used to be. Which is not necessarily a bad thing. I still really wish that they would give us an extrait of some of the ones that don't perform. Reflection and Jubilation didn't perform the greatest. I'd love an extrait of something like Epic Man.

Cheers, mate! Great video, as always, and great recommendation.

Good collection there pal. I too find it really hard to describe outlands, I couldn’t article it in my diaries, and I still can’t!

Also, I totally agree about Reflection Man being better than the 45.

Ranking the top 5 from my collection in order:

1 - Outlands
2 - Decision
3 - Line 618
4 - Reflection Man
5 - Sequence

My local store has more of the recent releases, I’m now going to dive into the older fragrances - my Amouage collection will be growing over the next 12 months….

I have worn  Decision a few times w a sample and found it was very powerful. Stepped up to a 10 ml and have worn it a couple of times. I feel it’s a fragrance that could be a signature scent. Maybe too sophisticated for the office environment but if worn sparingly you will not smell like anyone else. I promised myself I would go through the entire 10 ml before I decided to buy a full bottle since I already have some incredible signature scents; Lucius, Jubilation 25 and 40, BDV Imperial , Diaghilev , Ganymeade… how many do you need 😂?  Still stunning and interesting
