imagine someone comes to your store, buys a ton of stuff then immediately starts mining the floor until he passes out

the game was just like TAKE THE ANCIENT SEED ALREADY 😂
love “if I get the eel in one try it’s pretty solid” and then the cut to the 10pm eel

it's way too satisfying to watch Haboo almost mechanically start the runs, the way he keeps improving and shaving seconds off menus is just bonkers

It’s incredible to watch Haboo’s optimization; I never tire of it

If your first fishing catch is trash, it automatically turns into a Sunfish?
Interesting. That would explain how I caught a Sunfish at the ocean...

haboo: im turning 24
everyone: omg ur old?
me: aw hell nah there's no way that's old 😭

I’ve always ignored basic sprinklers in every play through. Saw a stardew YouTuber using them and decided to try them out on my most recent play through. Was literally the smoothest play through I’ve had so far, when you’re not spending that early energy watering all your crops every day you can do so much stuff and progress so much further than if you used that energy for crops. Finished the community center on winter 2 year 1 which is by the fastest I’ve done cause I’m lazy and usually end up finishing in year 2 w the cabbage, but since I had so much extra time checking the traveling cart was nbd.

I would like to see the same idea with joja, i feel it would need an interesesting path for 1v4

Getting event% in the same run was hilarious 😂

As a casual player, my issues with the basic sprinklers would evaporate if there were a way to upgrade sprinklers up the next tier with slight resource inefficiency. The two reasons I wait until quality sprinklers don't include not liking the pattern, it's that I actually like watering some amount of crops, and that I don't like spending resources to make a bunch of basic sprinklers that will just sit in a chest somewhere forever once I've gotten quality sprinklers. I have enough problems with getting metals given my difficulties with the mines and my hatred of buying ore.

I just wanna say, I appreciate that the top comments don’t spoil the results of the race! Half of the time vids like this have a top comment that is just “Congrats to [winner]!” POG comment section 🙏

You know the basic sprinkler tip is probably the best piece of advice I've ever heard about this game

i love the game’s auto generated animal names so much, i’ve gotten absurd names like pruckicko and gritsers but by far my favorite has to be the game naming one of my dinosaurs fricku

The +3:42 on the split called "Run's Demise" is really funny to me lmao

Ancient seed: exists
Haboo: Don't bother me. I'm eating.

Insane how Haboo is faster than 4 people lmao

Happy early birthday, Haboo!! I hope you enjoy spending time with your family for your sister's graduation

Haboo’s, “what year is it?” Killed me.

Hey haboo, I want to see how long it takes to achieve perfection if you are one of the four people, and it's all really good people at the game, like blade and others. 4 people 4 perfection

It took me 2 years for compilation (real life actively playing) and then I watch started videos and get my confidence destroyed lol
