can not get to Bb without removing pedal arms first...struggling on that ))) puller is not solidly on arm ,so it comes off with ease

how often you having new bb ? if you shown already on how to install the ones with threads? Me recently damaged a bit of frame so thread for BB is not as it should be...any tool to make new thread inside a frame where goes BB (tried my best to work around it,but it still not ok inside) or just to try to apply some grease and then to force it inside (bb 120 with threads)?

Looks good, but I recently had a very stuck pressfit bb and ended up having to get a reverse press extractor tool. Cost around £20 and was far less abusive to the bike, I should have bought one sooner and would recommend it to anyone looking to service a pressfit bb

Not blaming this video, most vids do both at a time but they forget a critical point of ensuring the sleeve is straight. I would highly recommend anyone doing this to check the position of the cartridge sleeve inside. Now I don't actually know how to do this yet but maybe one cup at a time would be less error prone since you could look in the opposite side to see its position. Just trying to save people time and money of this headache I am now trying to fix my F up.
