I owned the same vehicle in the same color (Colorado Beige). It was a tank and that is how I referred to it.  Loved it.

Ich dachte das der 300 D erst ab W 123 so benannt wurde.

I owned the same car ,same colour not the US version. Great engine, good manual transmission. I drove it until problems with corrosion went to far. Car indication is not 300D it was 240D 3.0 for the W115 type
