There is a truth that we confess every week, yet find ourselves speechless when someone asks us to explain it.

Tonight, the Trinity will share that answer.

Starting with the plural God hidden within the Old Testament,

the deep heart of the invisible Father,

the testimony of Jesus’ divinity left behind by the disciples and apostles who risked their lives,

the relationship with the Father declared by Jesus Himself,

God the Holy Spirit who prays for us with groans,

and the confession preserved by the early church through bloodshed.

The entire Trinity flows as a single stream.

Jesus declared:

"I and the Father are one."

Does the Trinity feel difficult to you right now?

Do you feel that you do not understand its meaning even though you confess it every week?

The Bible speaks clearly.

The Father plans, the Son accomplishes, and the Holy Spirit completes.

I hope this night becomes a time when even the same knees feel different in depth.
