Kingshot's ads are an actual game called Thronefall. The devs of Kingshot just copied that game for the ads instead of making the ads about their game since their game is the same crap you can get in 50 different games.

The AI gooner bait at the end was expected, I'm surprised only one game used it lol.

The funniest ad I've ever seen was for that zombie survival game that was everywhere

Dude wakes up, there's zombies surrounding his house, and he pushes a button and his house explodes. Didn't even try to fight or survive, he's just like "nah, I'm out"

To note, a lot of games have a mini segment of the Ads in the game to avoid lawsuits.

12:50 they put it in the game bc legally somebody (gardenscape?) got sued for fake ads and it went through so now everyone's gotta put the fake bit somewhere in the game as a mini game

29:31 straight up neuron activation😭😭

The bait and switch makes perfect sense actually. Because the fake version of the game doesn’t have a monetization model.
If that was the game, it would just be a free game. Can’t have that.

20:27 As a mom, how dare you sir.
I only play the finest post-apocalyptic open-world RPGs.
🤨😤

The thing I hate for the mobile games in general not even the ads, are when you start them they ask if you want notifs, you say NO and then you exit out of the game completely come back later and it asks AGAIN, like I already said NO the first time I launched your damn game go away!

Imagine if Cleopatra was alive today and she saw them doing that. If I were her I'd either be confused or scared, no inbetween.

1:10 because it is hard to monetize fun games. If game is fun to play anyway why would you buy new bundle of 10000 gems and a new legendary hero who is twice as strong as a previous one for only 50$?

Please do one on Dark: War Survival AI ads
Those are the most unhinged diabolical ads I have witnessed in my whole life 😭

During the height of the merge mansion ads, I made it my 'I need to pass a few minutes' game for a long time, just because I wanted to see whether the story was there. It was never as explicit as the ads are, but there was a strong implication that grandma was Up To Something. I don't doubt that I would have seen more if I kept playing, but it just didn't hold my interest for very long.
