I've been an avid fan of Rik Mayall & Adrian Edmondson since 1982's The Young Ones!
RIP Rik Mayall, The world seems a lil darker without you.

Absolute fucking legends! I never met Rik and I never got to see him live but what a legend he is! And ade is such a nice bloke! Met him in a pub and had a quick 5 min chat thanking him for making my childhood brilliantly funny! Some of the best laughs are from these two 👌🏼

Bottom was a huge part of my teenage years, and still love them today. Will never get old.

One thing (out of many) that keeps me coming back to this bottom love is the secret Japanese bunker mistake. It's BRILLIANT 😂. Rik laughing and Ade trying to make something up and the way Ade incorporates Rik's laughing into the cover up is amazing.

Anytime you’re feeling down, Bottom is the ultimate escape to a world of utter lunacy

i still can't believe Riks gone, the bastard! but I'm sure he was saying to the grim reaper "I can't go yet! i need to have a party with all my great mates and the birds with their knockers wobbling about the place like they're going out of fashion!" where ever you may be Rik, I miss you even though I never met you. You will always have a place in my heart and I'll never miss the chance to watch Bottom non stop like I did when I was a kid grrrrrr great days. RIP Rik
