Good video. It’s definitely important when you are grappling with more experienced people who are better at sprawling at your shots.

sub and hit the bell ya'll, this man doesn't miss

This came in clutch for me --- thanks coach!

Thank you for responding my instagram comment to make this shot recovery video! This definitely helps me teach a different way and points to my team. Can you please do another video on body mechanics mistakes on poor set ups to lead to poor shots and bottom wrestling hand controls and on your belly to base drills? I know Jeff Jordan has some good videos on it especially mistakes on head inside single and defend tight waist tilt

I think this is one of the most important video that beginners should watch. This is far more practical than other youtube/insta wrestling single-motion fancy techs because it teaches how to escape from his awful shot and how to develop his chain wrestling system.

Your videos are gold man!

Just found your channel. Amazing video here, so much to dissect on just front headlock alone. Subbed. As a southpaw fledging amateur MMA fighter I appreciate the right foot forward content! - Watching back all the old stuff too. Quality

Damn this is gold. Gonna have to rewatch several times to absorb it all

Great channel. Thanks man!

Thank you 🎉🎉

Bro this is why i wake up in the morning 😂

Love from the UK ❤️. The videos really help learn wrestling especially in the UK where wrestling isn't that big. I think a wrestling throws instructional (e.g. with some greco techniques) would be great - are you thinking of doing one?

Great video. Please keep making these instructionals.

Thank you very much !
