Sir, just one request, after the explanation, do it at full speed a few times and then show it against a resisting opponent.

Sir this was extremely helpful. I am a college wrestler that relied on oly upper body takedowns because I couldn't shoot off of a right leg lead stance due to a knee injury, i hit my first correct shot of my life with this, and I need to switch to a left leg lead to do it.

2. Do a montage series, of the technique, at the beginning an end, to make this video A+ ! That way we get to see this at full speed, and with increasing resistance.
