What spotting scope/phone mount/tripod setup is that?

The state cares more about generating revenue that real management. Disappointing.

Sounds like it’s time to close sheep hunting and restrict all out of State hunters so your population can recover . Or they will go extinct in your area and Alaska .same with the Yukon . And to any hunters in the US go state to state hunting every year , no one need 4 or 5 elk a year , that just greed and takes a license from someone that needs the food.
