He made Mean Streets, Godfather part 2, Taxi Driver, 1900, The Deer Hunter, and Raging Bull in a span of 6 years…..that’s impressive

De Niro's body of work is impressive. From drama to comedy, he has done it all. Excellent actor.

Everything Quentin says about DeNiro is gold. I felt like being in a gospel worship. "Yes, brother! RIGHT! - Good lord, amen!"

2:11 / That's me QT is talking about. Back in '85 - '86 we met in Allen Garfield's acting class on Robertson in Beverly Hills. Worked together on Shepard's "True West" (Crazy Scene) Those were good times. I carried a pic of DeNiro from "Deer Hunter" and a pic of Keitel from "Blue Collar" in my wallet. Clearly he got a kick outta that. Yeah, "Mean Streets" was IT for me. Happy for Quentin...

His casting is always an audicious part to his movies. De Niro and Sam Jackson were magnificent pair for Jackie Brown.
