I find it very hard to believe that an adult man who lives in America and Europe has never heard these songs.

Listen to it again. They start up again, with even more fire than the part you listened to.

They played this song to death, and I never got tired of it.

Carlos Santana had been forgotten almost 20 years... and then in 99, he put out Supernatural.  A MONSTER collab album.

This was the 2000 Grammy winner for Song of the Year. The "Supernatural" album it was on won nine Grammys and sold over 30 million copies.

Santana’s entire Abraxas album is fantastic.

Rob Thomas wrote the song and Carlos loved it so they did it!

This song won song of the year at the Grammy’s

Maria Maria is on the same album... That entire album was absolute fire
For Rob Thomas my favorite song (by his band Matchbox Twenty) is "Unwell".

You can't hear this song and sit still! I'm 70 and have been listening to Carlos Santana for many years. He is just always outstanding. The original video of this is fantastic. Loved watching you watch this!

This song is in fact A collab song. You know Santana.. Rob is from the band "Match Box 20" Oh.. And yes... this was also in fact a HIT SONG!! They even did the music video together!

This song was everywhere at that time. Still so dam good.

The singer is Rob Thomas from Matchbox Twenty!

Carlos is "The Man"!!

I just loved seeing you looking so joyful listening to this song. It does the same thing to me.

I had the good fortune to see Santana 6 times in concert.  One of the best live.  "Put your Lights On" is another great song from this album.

The lead singer is Rob Thomas, of Matchbox 20, probably the best and the most recognizably cool voices of that era of pop.   They have a library of great music from the late 90's/early 2000's.   Hopefully, you will crawl into that rabbit hole soon.   I would love to see your reaction to them.   Their song "3AM" would be a great introduction.

Loved this reaction!!!  Can't stop smiling!

Written by Rob Thomas. Santana with Rob Thomas as vocalist released in 1999.  Mega hit. This is performance at the Grammy’s 1999. Santana has been premier artist since 1966. Check out his performance at Woodstock.

Rob Thomas is the lead singer for matchbox 20. Most of Carlos Santana’s songs are collaborations. He does the music, others do the singing.
