Why doesn't Bowser's voice sound like it used to?

Here's the reason Bowser's voice has changed to much: not all of his voice actors are human beings.

Because he’s no longer gay bowser

He went from laughing to give me nightmares as a kid to "Oh yeah he plays Tennis"

I hate how the negative backlash from Sunshine limited Nintendo from keep experimenting with Mario characters. I still would love if they one day they go back to using full speech.

"No one's scared of Santa, right?" When I was little I was too afraid of taking a picture with the mall Santa.

He went from a literal monster to a big tough badass guy that has a dad side to him

Even if he's only spoken 4 human words as Bowser, Kenny James' Bowser saying "showtime" is incredibly iconic. Having 25% of the lines you've read be instantly iconic is a pretty good rate imo, not many other voice actors can say that.

That sped up Charles Martinet laugh to reveal Boo's voice was mind blowing

I believe that in 64, he sounded too feral, and in Sunshine, he sounded too humanoid, but since Galaxy, he has had a good balance of being a monster, and an intelligent monarch, who has a plan

Nintendo characters talking in full english sentences are actually really nice so I enjoy nintendo comic dubs.
I really do enjoy the Sunshine voice and the one by Eric. Funny to hear bowser go,
"Who?" "Yeah me?" "Nuh uh" "Oh No!"
Almost sounds like a phone call

Charles "accidentally" voiced Bowser before officially voiced Mario is one of the biggest twists I've ever heard until now

Kenny James’ “Showtime!” from Bowser’s Inside Story really makes me wish we could hear him say a full English sentence.

I love bowsers voice in Inside Story. The "Showtime!" line sounds great

Ever since he started drinking after Super Mario Kart races, and having 9 kids, he just hasn't been the same Koopa King.

The way Bowser says "Shoooowtiiiiime!" is so satisfying to me.

I met Kenny James at a gaming convention before, he is so cool and down to earth. He didn’t even charge for his meet and greet or signature, he was just happy to talk to everyone :)
