In this photography seminar, we'll start with a topic that's been trending on social media: "Is one camera enough for a shoot, or do you need two?" We'll explore how I personally decide how many cameras to bring with me. Sometimes I go out with one camera, and sometimes I use two simultaneously. And depending on the shoot, I might even bring a third as a backup. For landscape photography, two cameras reduce the need for lens changes and maintain a smooth shooting flow. For wildlife photography, two cameras allow for instantaneous changes in angle of view, and simultaneous capture of photos and videos, close-ups and wide shots. And for professional work, a third camera is necessary to avoid the situation of "not being able to get the shot." So, where do these differences come from? The important thing isn't the number itself—one or two cameras. I'll discuss five criteria I consider when deciding how many cameras to bring, using examples from actual shoots—landscapes, wildlife, and work with airlines.
It's not about "having two cameras is reassuring," nor is it about "one camera being unprepared."
The question isn't "how many cameras should you have," but rather "how many cameras are necessary for that particular shoot."

実家を離れて今は簡単に帰れない距離に住んでいるので懐かしい景色に昔の思い出が蘇りました。ありがとうございます。またお越しください🦢
去年から趣味でカメラを始めて最近お仕事で撮影の現場に足を運ぶようになり現場での考え方がとても勉強になりました
失敗が許されない現場なので事前に機材一式組み立てまでできるのかをチェックしてから梱包・撮影に挑んでます
2台目のカメラは使わないといいなと思いつつカバンに忍ばせて現場に持ち込んでいます（保険の安心感）
3台同時に使うときは少ないですが、1台目は広角で写真、2台目は望遠で写真、3台目は動画を撮るような形を想定しています。
レンズ交換の時間で取り損ねた場面があったので2台あったほうがよいかなとか思っていたので、すごくタイミングが良かったです。
余力ができたら2台目検討します(半年前に始めた初心者ですが・・・)
望遠で機体を撮るのですが、演目によっては超広角が必要なのに航空祭でレンズ交換は埃っぽさが気になって二台体制にしました😂
サクラやスタークロス、キューピットなど観衆を入れて撮るのは最高です😎
とはいえやっぱりその時の用途次第ですね。場合によっては3台のこともあるし、望遠でしか撮らないだろうなってときは1台でもいいし、旅行だと盗難とかのリスクも考えて安いコンデジ1台だけだし。キャンプなんかだと良い写真撮れそうなシーンは多いけど、写真よりキャンプ自体を楽しみたいのでスマホで済ませたり、まあさまざまですね。
レリーズは両手に持って、1つは首からぶら下げてます。
花火は、打ち上がる前にシャッターを開いておけなければならず、
打ち上がる場所と大きさ（ズームの度合い）をある程度予測して開いておかなければなりません。
なので、打ち上がる場所が異なる時や、ミュージック花火、水上花火など、その時々に構図を合わせていたのでは間に合いません。
また、基本縦構図で撮っていますが、開始時にはどれか1つは横で撮るようにしています。想定外に横に広がって打ち上がるときもありますので、その一台に助けられることもあります。
お金に余裕があれば先生みたいに同じカメラを揃えられるのですが、現実的にそれができる人は少ないので、
一眼を２台持ちするときはセンサーサイズの違うカメラのほうが楽しいですね。先生が昔おっしゃってたAPS-Cは1.5倍テレコンになる理論。
50mm単焦点レンズを持ってると、50mmと、75mmの２本分、35mm単焦点だと、35mmと約50mm、二度美味しいです。
それを当たり前と言いだし、プロならそれを上回って当然と
考える。しかしプロの機材は生産財であり消費財ではない。
だからリスクを抑えつつコストを絞らなければ儲けが出ないし
ビジネスにならない。
アマの自分でも万が一の故障を考えると2台持ちが良いんでしょうけど田舎から飛行機使って移動すると4の重量（機内制限10kgの壁）が有るので一概には言えないのがなかなか…地元で車使うなら2台3台ってのは有りますが
後はやはりレンズをそれぞれ載せ替える手間がなっていうのは有りますものね。
旅行は基本一台で出かけますが、メディアは予備を必ずカバンのポッケには入れてます。よくメディアが無い！とか容量足りない！とかがありましたので😅
私も同マウント異機種の２台持ちで、片方に標準レンズ、もう片方に望遠レンズを付け、一定期間ごとにそれぞれ着け替えながら撮っています。さらに広角単焦点レンズも予備として持ってて、星撮り用にどちらかのカメラに着けて撮るといった運用をしています。
自分も良く美瑛に行ってて、これらをフル装備で行ったりするので、それはもう重いこと重いこと💦
それでも無駄に全て持っていかず、用途に応じて片方だけ持参してますね。
