I've been wanting a nice SDR for a while, this looks like a good one short of an SDR dongle, I like the ability to be internet free in an emergency situation. You always do a great job with your videos and have helped me a lot with learning software / programming and installing firmware.

I just bought the gray/silver one and am thrilled with it. Has more features than I could imagine. It does have a learning curve but that is actually enjoyable. Maybe having a quick menu for all the major settings would be an improvement though. I use my fingers for all the settings with little difficulty. I do like the form factor of the blue one for that, holding it on the left side. 73 de KI1Y, Cocoa Beach, FL.

I have been waiting for you to do some videos on this radio. Thank you so much. Looking forward to more.

Awesome 10.4👍🏼

I have both too great devices 👍

Can you output to a PC on the v5, for FT8?

Hoy recibí la copia china Sdr V5...alguien sabe como operar gs

Hi, how do I position the stand that comes with the Malahit DSP SDR V5? I don't understand how to attach it. 73

So the V5 is like the V1 just in a different case with bigger speaker and battery? Is there any difference?
Its so ironic but the noise reduction algorithm in these low CPU performance devices is the best ... PC SDR software has massive CPU power and yet none of the "non-AI" noise reduction routines have the same clear output.

I want one of these but sheesh is it a bit pricey. I mean, I'm gonna buy one regardless, I'm just going to cry a little at the price.

This has 1st. version software.    (1.10).   Just like my blue cased DSP1.   Assume you upgraded to firmware 2.40?

Are the encoders improved? The DSP 2 had complaints the encoders wear out

Thanks for going over this radio. I have one and like it but wish it had scan capability like the DSP 2.

Hi, thanks for the video. Where did you buy / order the device. Last years I read somthing, that no more deliveries. How much time from order to get?

Hi there😊  can this one decode cw ? Best regards from Norway.

As a newbie to sw want it which one should i buy malanit dsp2 or dsp sdr v5

Great video.... I bought one of these about a year ago through AliExpress. Certainly, like all portable receivers, it performs best with a proper external antenna.
Question please: Will it be possible to update the radio's firmware to future versions? Thanks, Michael

Mi Sdr Dsp...vino fallado..y Ali Espresno me co testa..
