On this day, I spent 24 hours enjoying meals available only at Japanese convenience stores.
For breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and dessert, I enjoyed foods from 7-Eleven and FamilyMart.

Japanese convenience store food is surprisingly high quality, and I hope you enjoy seeing what kinds of food a Japanese person actually chooses on a day like this.

Here in the US where I live the convenience stores have some premade or precooked foods but they tend to be more expensive and healthier options are not as common. Things like pizza slices, popcorn chicken, hot dogs and sausage, donuts, chips, candy, pop. That kind of thing. It looks like in Japan you can find some good options at your local convenience stores.

Japan peoples are so lucky having so many convenient stores in every corner whete they lived. So many varieties of foods and drinks availability day and night all years round. For busy working peoples working late back from work are really convenient with ready made meals.❤❤❤

I Love how not going out today and staying at home means, going to the convenience store several times xD
We also dont have such stores here in Germany and some fresh pre prepared meals can be bought in bigger supermarkets but they are usually really expensive like 7 to 12 EUR for a single Korean rice bowl.
And here you only can get hard boiled eggs usually and they are coloured, basically a 6er or 10er pack of Easter eggs all year round.
P.s. I also love Miso Soup but it's hard to get a good one.
Ice coffee for breakfast, that was a new one for me, my stomach would kill me :)

Our convenience stores in CT,USA are very expensive and often not a very clean place to shop. I noticed everything in Japan is very clean. Hope you enjoyed your day off from cooking.

I can get enough of your vlogs, Japan is incredibly clean and the attention to detail on everything you show is impressive. I've lived in the US for 10+ years, and No convenience stores here only sell terrible items full of sugar.

To be honest, these places look like grocery stores in the US so many choices and there’s nothing wrong with eating a boiled egg or rice with Nori seaweed.

I started watching your video today after particularly brutal stressful day. I’ve had one stressful job after another for most of my adult life. I’m 65 now be very careful of that stress as you get older it starts manifesting itself diseases. I’ve had cancer. I have Hashimoto’s disease, IBS anxiety. I hope you can find a job. That’s not a stressful.

Your convenience stores are a lot & I mean a lot more convenient & cheaper than the ones here in America. Yes we do have pre boiled eggs at some stores.
