Today I get an ASMR chiropractic adjustment and spinal alignment a French Osteopath. We focus on my neck, disc, shoulders, back, and knees. This chiro session includes neck adjustments for stiffness, disc decompression for my lower back, work on my bad shoulder, spinal alignment for posture, and knee adjustments for joint pain and mobility. This was a 1 hour total massage and it cost $22.85 USD

I promise no pretzels or laws were broken during the session! Of course, I always adapt my therapy to each individual patient's needs and tolerance... I don't 'torture' everyone, I promise! 😉
If you ever visit Da Nang, feel free to come see me at French Physiotherapy Danang ! Glad you all enjoyed the video!
