By the way: the construction site at the top of Poccistraße is for the underpass below the Südring, cause that one was completely renewed (excluding the protected, ancient barriers with a dragon in them, which were restored) and even dug deeper so that there are less height restrictions (and at least in theory a tram line could still be built there again) 😊
Funnily enough the closing between Implerstraße and Sendlinger Tor improved things for me during the night on weekends: since the introduction of the night U-Bahn two years ago I have the issue that the counter clock ring bus (N44) arrives at Am Harras shortly after the train to Großhadern left, so I need to wait around 25 minutes while during the construction the schedule of the southern part of the U6 is shifted a bit and I only need to wait less then 10 minutes. 🤔
On a related note, I want the night bus to Großhadern back, cause that had much better timing 😭
Heading to South Florida for the winter from Seattle. Come do videos of Brightline, Miami Metro, and TriRail this winter!
