From what I understood about this game from this run - some kid got lost. Twice :D

Imagine being Samuel. You drop the assassin to the mission and he returns with a success before you even turn the boat around to get back to the base. Oh, and you get murdered near Kingsparrow island where you've been teleported to somehow
