Six years ago, I sat down to make a simple Toy Story fan game in Dreams on PlayStation.

I genuinely thought it would be just one project.

Somehow, one game turned into a trilogy, thousands of hours of work, millions of YouTube views, an incredible community, and an adventure I never expected.
