When life slows you down, you slow stitch!
After recently fracturing my ankle, I've been forced to take a break from my usual routine.  To keep my hands busy and my spirits up, I decided to sit down and work on this pair of jeans using the beautiful art of slow stitching.

In this video, I walk you through my relaxed, therapeutic process of visible mending.  Whether you are dealing with an injury yourself, looking for a mindful craft, or just want to give your old denim a second life, grab a hot drink and stitch along with me.

Materials needed for this video:

Embroidery thread/floss

Hand sewing needles

Fabric pins
